Return & Exchange Policy Agreement
By submitting this return request, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Return Period Eligibility
Return and exchange requests MUST be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order. Orders received more than 14 days before the request date are NOT eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances. This 14-day period is strictly enforced to ensure fair processing of all customer requests.
2. Product Condition Requirements
Products must be returned in their original, unused condition to be eligible for refund or exchange. This means:
• The product must NOT have been used, worn, washed, or altered in any way
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged

• All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
• The product must NOT have been exposed to water, chemicals, or other substances
Products that fail to meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
3. Ineligible Products
The following products are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

• Products with broken seals or missing original packaging
• Products that have been modified, repaired, or altered in any way
• Products purchased more than 14 days before the return request date
• Clearance, final sale, or specially discounted items (unless defective upon arrival)
4. Inspection Process
All returned items undergo a comprehensive inspection upon receipt. Our team will verify that products meet all condition requirements listed above. This inspection process may take 5-10 business days. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our strict return criteria. Rejected returns will be shipped back to you, and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
5. Refund & Exchange Processing
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed directly to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection approval. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item shipped).
• Exchanges: Product exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If your requested exchange item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead. We will cover shipping costs for approved exchanges due to our error; otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping.
• Store Credit: Store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days and can be used for future purchases.
6. Required Documentation
You must provide valid proof of address (dated within the last 90 days) and government-issued identification. Failure to provide these documents will result in automatic denial of your return request.
7. Fraudulent Claims & Misrepresentation
Submitting false or misleading information in a return request is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. This includes but is not limited to:
• Falsely claiming a product is defective when it is not
• Providing altered or manipulated photos
• Using someone else's identity or documents
• Claiming non-receipt when product was delivered
Such actions may result in immediate denial of your request, permanent account suspension, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Information provided in this form, including personal documents and photos, will be used solely for processing your return request, fraud prevention, and improving our services. We maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all applicable data protection regulations. Your information may be retained for record-keeping and legal compliance purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the returned product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from product use, return delays, or denied returns.
10. Final Decision Authority
We reserve the right to make the final decision on all return and exchange requests. Our decision is based on the information and evidence you provide, product inspection results, and compliance with this policy. All decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by applicable consumer protection laws in the jurisdiction where the product was shipped. By submitting this request, you agree to resolve any disputes through appropriate legal channels in that jurisdiction.
